Kids Test

Sometimes it is difficult to assess whether a child will be able to get used to wearing braces, which leads to uncertainty about whether to start treatment.

The Kids Test consists of two sets of passive braces that are used to check whether the little heroes can get used to the braces.

The option to add Digital Tracks at an additional cost.

Simple movements for 1-2 teeth, a molar or an incisor that are in crossbite.
Indicated for active retention.

Enables the use of Smart Hooks.

Can be used in combination with Smart Hooks for active retention of class II and class III.

Kids Compact

Kids Compact is the treatment package we have developed to accompany the child’s growth until puberty. Due to the major changes that occur during growth and tooth replacement, we have designed Kids Compact to cover different phases. Integrated waiting periods, such as STOP and GO and STOP and WAIT, allow us to continuously adapt the treatment to the patient’s anatomical and morphological changes.

After each treatment phase – a maximum of 20 sets of aligners – we interrupt the treatment for a check-up. The ‘stop and check’ ensures that the treatment is proceeding as planned and that the child’s condition has not changed. For STOP and WAIT phases, we provide a positioner for night-time use to maintain the improvements achieved.

Enables molar distalization of up to 2 mm.

Enables Digital Tracks at the start of treatment or after each STOP and GO® (incorporated into the initial 0-splints for placement of attachments)

Enables mandibular advancement of up to 3 mm using elastics (for advancements of more than 3 mm, these must be divided between different phases).

Enables Occlusal Blocks (charged separately). Each set of splints with Occlusal Blocks is sent in duplicate. The prerequisite for the use of Occlusal Blocks is the presence of milk molars or molars that have already erupted completely.

Kids Pro

After completing a FAS® Kids Compact treatment, the patient may require final orthodontic treatment.

In most cases, patients will be in a favourable starting position thanks to the control and support of natural growth with FAS® Kids Compact, requiring only moderate or low-difficulty treatment. That is why we have developed Kids Pro.

Kids Pro is a three-phase treatment with 20+10+5 aligner sets and the associated planning. It complements FAS® Kids and allows the child’s treatment to be continued and completed in an efficient and economical manner.

The acceptance of Kids Pro cases depends on the assessment of our planning centre. If the case exceeds the limits of what is feasible with Kids Pro, we recommend the use of FAS® PRO or auxiliary techniques.
