With FAS® Kids, we focus on preventive measures at an early stage to avoid malocclusion and achieve balanced occlusion for the development of all oral functions.
In line with our philosophy, we do not want to wait until malocclusions manifest themselves, but take preventive measures to avoid them from the outset.
FAS® STOP and GO
STOP and GO is a defined checkpoint after ten sets of aligners. The aligners are initially only produced up to this point in order to check whether the treatment is proceeding according to plan. If this is the case, the remaining aligners for the phase are produced. If there are any deviations, the plan is adjusted. This ensures that patients only wear effective aligners and that treatment is not unnecessarily prolonged.
FAS® STOP and WAIT
FAS® Kids is the only modular system that responds flexibly to growth and development. During natural developmental phases such as tooth replacement or tooth eruption, treatment is specifically paused (‘STOP and WAIT’) if treatment is not leading to the desired goal, and only resumed when conditions are optimal.

Indications
FAS® Kids is a splint therapy for the treatment of patients with deciduous teeth, mixed dentition or newly formed permanent teeth and was developed for the following indications:
