SARA® Sabbagh Advanced Repositioning Appliance: Efficient class II treatment without patient cooperation
SARA® is an innovative fixed telescopic appliance that we developed in collaboration with Dr. Sabbagh specifically for the non-compliance treatment of class II cases. It combines the advantages of the Herbst appliance and the Jasper Jumper and enables an effective therapy without extractions or surgical intervention.
Thanks to the interchangeable outer spring (3N/4N) and the universal design, SARA® can be easily integrated into any fixed bracket system. It is attached mesially in the headgear tube, which facilitates handling and reduces irritation of the mucous membrane.
