The maxillary expansion screw of the Bite Jumping Appliance VDP, developed by Prof. Dr. F. G. Sander, addresses the sagittal retrusion of the mandible. When combined with the mandibular screw, it facilitates transversal expansion of both the maxilla and mandible. Made of MIM-processed heavy-duty material, it offers high stability, breaking strength and durability. A memory version with NiTi springs ensures a more constant force output and accelerates treatment success. Ideal for class II regulation.
