Tera Harz Cure 2
A special light curing device for a special material
To make the most of the resin’s capabilities, including color and physical properties, the TC-85 resin must be cured in a THC2 polymerization unit. This device, developed specifically for this resin, features an adjustable, high-energy UV LED light source and an attached *nitrogen generator.
*The nitrogen generator requires a compressed air supply of at least 7 bar and a flow rate of 100 l/min. Compressors should have a tank volume of at least 20 l.

Tera Harz Spinner
Cleaning with centrifugal force
Unlike conventional 3D printing resins, the aligners made of TC-85 must not be washed in alcohol (isopropanol). After 3D printing, they are placed in the Tera Harz Spinner. The centrifugal force removes the excess material adhering to the surface. The Tera Harz Spinner is therefore an indispensable part of the manufacturing process for aligners printed with TC-85.
