Relevant topics
with a practical focus
Classic training courses, as they existed for decades before the outbreak of the global pandemic, are no longer in demand or feasible. This has been demonstrated by the past few months, with sometimes significantly more difficult conditions and, above all, significantly changed expectations on the part of their users. Today, practices and laboratories want more flexibility, individuality and a maximum of information that is directly related to their daily work.
FORESTADENT is breaking new ground in knowledge transfer
In order to meet these challenges and desires with modern training formats, FORESTADENT has replaced its classic course programme with a completely new one. Starting this year, the company is focusing on cooperative, individual formats that enable the direct transfer of practical and laboratory-relevant expertise and an intensive, collegial exchange of experiences. In addition to face-to-face courses with smaller numbers of participants and a completely new German congress format, the opportunities offered by virtual training will, of course, also be utilised. In short: knowledge will be imparted as effectively, directly, relevantly and flexibly as possible.
Practice- and laboratory-relevant expertise
The new ‘knowledge transfer’ programme includes courses that take place in small groups either at the company’s Pforzheim headquarters, directly in practices and laboratories, or in digital form on screen. For example, the speaker duo Prof. Dr. Dietmar Segner and Dr. Dagmar Ibe will be teaching ‘The Art of Bending’ and showing, among other things, that bending treatment arches is not that difficult at all, in the context of two intensive courses with practical exercises. Prof. Dr. Adriano Crismani will conduct a hands-on mini-screw course on cadavers on the topic of ‘Expansion, distalisation, uprighting’, while Dr. Ortwin Babendererde will present everything worth knowing about digital orthodontics in a two-part training session – including practical implementation on intraoral scanners, 3D printers and the like.
In addition, individual courses in the areas of orthodontic dental technology, problem management in everyday treatment, employee management, communication or billing await interested participants.
SEE TIME – the Lake Constance Forum
A very special knowledge transfer event is being held in Constance from 19 to 20 May 2023. Thirteen experts will present practical, beneficial concepts for everyday practice and discuss them with the participants. In addition, a parallel programme for assistants will be offered. All participants are cordially invited to bring their family, partner, friends or even the entire practice team – to have time for themselves in addition to the professional exchange.
