“It’s Easy, It’s OrthoEasy”
Successful Two-Day Hands-On Course Led by Dr. Daniela Zaharia
A highly successful two-day hands-on course on OrthoEasy mini-implants, titled “It’s Easy, It’s OrthoEasy,” was conducted by Dr. Daniela Zaharia, bringing together 26 orthodontic professionals from the United Kingdom, Kuwait, and Tunisia. The event was organised in collaboration with FORESTADENT and Dr. Ahmed El-Angbawi, Senior Lecturer and Consultant at The Royal London Hospital (Queen Mary University of London) and Programme Director for the Doctorate in Clinical Orthodontics.
About the Speaker – Dr. Daniela Zaharia
DDS, Orthodontist (Romania)
Dr. Zaharia graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry in Bucharest in 2002 and completed her orthodontic specialisation at UMF Carol Davila in 2005. With over two decades of full-time clinical experience, she is an internationally active lecturer, having spoken at the AREO Congress, the European Program for Digital Orthodontics, and the International Orthodontic Symposium. Her clinical expertise focuses on digital orthodontics and temporary anchorage devices, particularly mini-implants.
Course Highlights

- Clinical theory and the full scope of OrthoEasy’s extension range
- Hands-on exercises:
– Insertion of OrthoEasy Pins on models
– Wire bending for auxiliaries - Clinical application workshops:
– Maxillary insertion using fixation plates
– Mandibular insertion using the molar uprighting spring
