- 2002 Patent granted for ‘AquaSplint®’ (EU/USA)
- 2005 Chairman of the Professional Association of German Orthodontists (BDK) in Mfr.
- 2016 Establishment of the second orthodontic practice in Nuremberg
- 2017 Independent court-appointed expert, Nuremberg/Fürth
- 2018 Amicably appointed expert, KZV Bayern
Honorary professorship, as well as several international awards, member of the scientific advisory board of IOS Prague and EAO Hannover. Lecturer at the European Academy of Dentistry in Nuremberg (EAZF), Forestadent, TeleDenta, as well as at several domestic and foreign universities, since 1991 more than 800 national and international seminars, lectures as well as articles and book contributions, mainly on:
- Modern techniques for bite repositioning: SARA® ‘Sabbagh Advanced Repositioning Appliance’
- Temporomandibular joint dysfunction (CMD), manual diagnostics and AquaSplint® therapy
