General course terms and conditions

E

Registration

Registrations can be made in writing (by post, email or online).
E

Course registration

Admission to the courses is based on the date of receipt. Due to limited places in the respective courses, early registration is recommended.
E

Provisional confirmation of registration

After registration, each participant will receive a confirmation with further information and directions to the venue, instruments to be brought (if necessary), and hotel information.
E

Accommodation

Participants are responsible for making their own accommodation arrangements.
E

Course fees

The invoice for the course fees will be sent by email approximately two weeks before the course date. This is payable within one week of receipt without discount and is the final confirmation that the course will definitely take place. A corresponding conference package (including course materials, conference drinks and refreshments during breaks) is already included in our course fees. The course fees are exclusive of VAT.
E

Withdrawal of the participant

In principle, you can withdraw free of charge up to two weeks before the start of the course. After this period, a cancellation fee of 50% of the participation fee plus VAT will be charged. You will find any differing cancellation conditions in the respective course booking confirmation.
E

Over-/under-utilisation

A waiting list will be set up for overbookings. Should a course be underbooked, FORESTADENT reserves the right to cancel it. No liability can be accepted for costs incurred as a result of a short-term cancellation of a seminar (e.g. due to the speaker being unable to attend).
E

Materials

Any materials needed for practical courses are included in the course fee.
E

Certificate

At the end of the course, each participant receives a certificate in which the course attendance is confirmed by the respective instructor.
Our events comply with the guidelines and recommendations for continuing dental education of the BZÄK, the DGZMK and the KZBV as well as the ‘Point evaluation of continuing education’ (BZÄK and DGZMK) from 01.01.2006.
E

Data privacy

We use your personal data only for the organisation of the respective course. Any further storage or disclosure to third parties does not take place. Detailed information can be found at www.forestadent.com
