New Flat-Line mini buccal tubes are now available. The extra small buccal tubes are mainly used on second molars, particularly if the second molar has not yet fully erupted and must be included the treatment.

A simple square tube is soldered onto a small, trapezoidal mesh pad. A hook has also been soldered onto this square tube for attaching elastic chains, tension springs etc.
